Running different types of machines with live tooling and sub spindles with 6 axis or more.

My job here is basically to keep the machine running and monitoring them for any problems .

I was on charge of running Lathes, mills, live tooling, manual mill and lathe.

I was on charge of make any kind of program for different parts. for Live tooling Doosan and horizontal mill Mazak. For this Mazak machine I was able to make programs using mazatrol.

I was on charge of the Machinist side shop.((Small shop)

Make programs in the machines( Haas and Okuma)...also improve them.

Make set ups.

Help the operators with programs and parts.

Keep the production efficient.

• Properly loaded and unloaded materials in and out of machines.
• Performed daily cleaning to keep machines in good working condition and prolong equipment lifespan.
