  • Configure SAMSON 3730 series valve positioners then function check valve by stroking valve performing a 5 point check
  • Fixed misaligned magnets on 4747 limit switches showing a bad closed even though out in the field the valve was visually closed.
  • Troubleshooted Promass F300 Coriolis Flow Meters showing alarm. I suspected cavitation and blocked line in from downstream and the meter started to read again showing a good zero then opened valve again and was reading good flow until cavitation began again. Was reported to operations and supervisor.
  • Tested and calibrated Deltabar FMD71 Differential Pressure Transmitters by calibrating ranges to 0-4 BAR using E&H Durabook then blocking in both high & low sides, vented then blocked the bleeds, and finally using the crystal hand pump tied into one bleed at a time to apply pressure doing a 5 point check.
  • Performed PM Check on Cerabar PMP71 Pressure Transmitters by blocking transmitter in opening the bleed then tying the crystal hand pump in then perform a 5 point check.
  • Troubleshoot Liquiline CM442 Analyzers PH reading not matching Lab sample readings. Used buffer solutions 7 & 4 to perform a 2 point calibration and verified reading with DCS.
  • Called out for TMT82 and TMT182 Temperature Transmitters because they were not reading TMT82 was calibrated for Thermocouple but set up as RTD and TMT182 not wired at all both were fixed and verified with DCS
  • Support troubleshooting of DRIO and SRIO cabinet systems.
  • Assist operations and maintenance teams in identifying and resolving instrumentation issues while maintaining safe work practices.
