• Set up machines for operation, change material and color to meet production schedules
• Make appropriate adjustments to machines to affect efficient production levels and document appropriately as well as respond to QA Techs and SPC charts

Currently I'm shift lead on 2nd shift for custom building products. I'm the operator of a machine called a haver which also runs on a chatland conveyor.

Follow and perform precise instructions from formulas in our batch making process for result of finished goods

Confirm and adjust accurate weights, proper packaging and labeling

Ensure all Quality Control procedures and labeling processes are always carefully followed
