Working on project truck in free time and spending time with my daughter

I have a 1989 C1500 Silverado trim pick up truck that I've slowly been bringing up to modern day technologies. the biggest accomplishment has been swapping the engine from a throttle body injected engine to a carbureted engine. With my daughter I try to get her involved in nature as much as possible whether it be through hiking, fishing, taking the dog on a walk etc.

Additional Information

I have been involved with the heavy equipment diesel mechanics field for the last seven years through the U.S. Military and would love to continue in this career. I plan to take a diesel technologies course in the fall of 2025 to further my education in this career field. I thoroughly enjoy solving a vehicle problem as well as teaching young mechanics and then watching them succeed.
