• Read blue prints at an intermediate level.
• Able to operate powder line and inspect parts to quality standard.
• Able to clean and blast parts.
• Perform related tasks including sanding, operating material handler and overhead cranes, routine machine care and maintenance, material handling, recordkeeping and any other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Perform diversified work of average complexity and frequent physical effort in handling and moving material.
• Practice safe work habits including PPE requirements and all safety rules.
• Comply with plant rules, excellent practice of safe behavior and compliance with safety rules and have good attendance.

• Knowledge of GMS and safety systems to ensure compliance.

• The Lamination Operator is responsible for laminating pressure sensitive adhesives to a variety of foam profiles.
• A laminating operator is a professional who applies a protective coating to materials using vinyl and foam.
• Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, bend, grip and walk as necessary during an 8 – 10 hour shift
• Visually inspect for any quality defects
• Able to read and interpret a ruler
• Foster teamwork and demonstrate the ability to work without close supervision
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety requirements
• Desire to be cross trained in other areas or job duties

• Lift, clean, and reassemble all of the equipment associated with cutting and packaging operation
