I am responsible for preheating and welding various sizes of cast iron blocks along with their corresponding drums. Additionally, I prepare gussets by cutting them with a plasma cutter to fit their designated areas, then preheat and weld them in place. Once the welding is complete, I use a variety of tools to clean and prepare the finished product for the next stage.
At JLG, I use a variety of fixtures and tools to assemble tube structures. This process requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that each component fits together. By using the right tools and methods, I can create strong, reliable structures that meet the high quality standards expected from JLG.
I work for GPC, where I fabricate tanks as part of a team of three. We clean, prep, and weld parts together, collaborating with the quality department to ensure all work meets standards. I ensure that welds are of high quality and pass two different pressure tests. Once the tests are passed, we clean and prepare the tank for the next step.
