Summary

Accomplished Water Treatment Plant Operator with expertise in water purification systems and emergency response, honed at the City of Redding. I currently have a Ca. T-4 and D-2 Operator licenses. Successfully developed risk management plans and streamlined operations through effective SOP implementation, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. Proficient in adjusting chemical levels and conducting thorough plant inspections to maintain optimal water quality. At each facility I was known as “The best Operator we have”, ask Mr. Tona. I challenge you to “cold call” my prior employers in South Carolina, call the Water Plants and ask about me, I am a legend of sorts as all their SOPs were written by me and I have a good reputation.

In my first Water Treatment job, with City of Walhalla SC, I read residential water meters on occasion to help the Distribution Department, sometimes monthly. With the City of Redding I read the large water meters from between their pressure zones and between the interconnected neighboring water zones.

I was born with a fascination for the aquatic world and naturally my curious mind needed to learn everything possible about water, and its affects on living organisms. I am also an avid gardener/horticulturalist with aspirations to operate a greenhouse and organic orchard on my property.

I’m currently trying to obtain a job so I don’t have to sell my home and leave the state. I have been since I quit my job for City of Redding. I’ll have to move away soon so, this is likely your last opportunity to secure a fantastic water treatment operator that is delivered to your doorstep. Redding has been trying for a year to fill my spot but hasn’t do to low recruits.

I would be an asset for your organization!
