Manage all aspects of front of house for Blue Man Group, Carrot Top, Fantasy, & all other limited engagements.
• Drive employee engagement and guest experience through coaching, training and development.
• Manage front of house operations for showrooms, and theaters.
• Ensures the transaction responsibilities, i.e. validating show tickets, seating of customers, answering questions, addressing customer concerns, etc. are handled in accordance with established procedures.
