  • Leveraged my technical skills to create exception reporting and data analytics using SQL Server Management Studio to minimize and catch errors in processes for multiple departments, and assisted with the creation of Crystal Reports to reduce labor hours and decrease error rates. This work was considered critical to the company's strategy and financial success by the division president.
  • Converted company from paper-based version controlled document management/quality/training and risk management processes to a product launch of an off-the shelf enterprise solution in 1 year. Approval structures, training groups, review groups had to be determined and built out for the implementation. Review cycles, lifespans had to be standardized across the division, along with provisioning of all hardware, security access, and buildout of user profiles.
  • Created detailed design specifications, including UX user experience designs, data structure and flows, user journeys, test plans, test cases, documentation, and data analytic outputs. From the business requirements, I broke the epic-level design down to product features and user stories, prioritized the workflow to align with return on investment, business needs, and compliance requirements.
