  • Assists with departmental onboarding of new employees and exit processes for departing employees; maintains checklist for each employee category and ensures all points are covered in a timely manner.
  • Coordinates the submission process for international employee visa documents and works closely with OIS to submit in a timely manner.
  • Retrieves various HR/payroll reports, such as upcoming temporarily inactive status for students, work authorization expiration, payment amounts for accounting purposes, overpayments, and employee master data.

  • Assists students and faculty with TimesheetX hours tracking system and payments and provides training as necessary; provides support with correction of errors and maintaining tracking log of accounts.
