• Daily Log of patients:
• Entering info into the MB11 system
• Scheduling infants for testing, Outpatients, Atypical babies
• Acquiring consent forms, identifying risk factors, register new patients and those being released
• Office Duties: Ordering supplies, screening out-patients, follow-up with parents, cleaning and tidying my area

• Providing extensive support to multiple tasks. Duties include but are not limited to – taking phone orders, taking drive-through orders, making smoothies, maintaining the register, preparing the cash drop for each day, taking inventory count in the AM and PM, on scheduled days opening and closing the store.

• Organized community outreach programs to enhance engagement and participation.
• Maintained clean, neat, and operational facilities to serve program needs.
• Assisted with special events and programs.
• Communicated with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events.
• Represented organization positively and professionally while providing community with much-needed services.
