- Assist Branch Manager with all aspects of branch operations.
- Supervise branch field and operations personnel to meet or exceed internal and external customer satisfaction

- Accurate, timely, and positive interaction with customers and personnel through written, verbal, and/or face-to-face correspondence.
- Assures that all rental equipment is repaired, maintained, modified, licensed and registered as needed in a timely manner.

- Order and maintain inventory of parts required to perform this duty.
- Assures that all vehicle and rolling stock maintenance is performed according to company and statutory regulations.
- Follow company and government policies and procedures to comply with all regulations, including licensing, travel logs, vehicle inspections, fuel reporting, BIT programs, vehicle registration, and drug testing, including all applicable policies of the Department of Transportation.
- Coordinate interbranch equipment movement as directed by the Rental Fleet Manager or his or her assigned representative.
- Monitor branch operational expenses and provide variance reports on budget. Track and report billable hours worked to ensure accurate billing to customers.
- Assist in determining needs of acquiring or disposing of equipment.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all branch computer operations and train all staff on these functions.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear personal protective gear as required.
- Provide training and opportunities for training to your direct staff and ensure that no work is performed prior to appropriate training being completed.
- Perform branch audits such as safety, DOT, documentations, equipment, etc as SOP dictates.
- Ensure that the branch and yard a clean and housekeeping is maintained throughout the location.

I assist my Operations Manager with all aspects of Branch operations. I must insure that all rental equipment is repaired, maintained, modified, licensed and registered as needed in a timely manner. Part of my job is to insure that all of our duty vehicles and rolling stock maintenance is performed according to company and statutory regulations. I manage and supply equipment to a crew of mechanics and electricians that are responsible for maintaining rental fleet equipment and installation of temporary pump systems.

• Managed daily operations, including scheduling personnel, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Coordinated with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules.

Project manage small to large scaled temporary sewer bypass, filtration, tank manifolding, and dewatering systems.
- Knowledge on how to run crews to maximize productivity and also maintaining a safe work environment.
- Logistics in regards to job planning and sourcing material for up coming /on going projects.
- Certified Fusing tech with pipe size ranging from 3/4" to 36" HDPE pipe.
Supervises customer specific operational activities such as mobilization, installation, movement of liquids, on-site adjustments, system tear down, and de-mobilization.
Performs job-walks to determine operational needs.
Coordinates and communicates with the Lead Dispatcher to schedule all customer-specific operational activities to ensure service timeliness and appropriate and adequate personnel are dispatched.
Conducts inspections of all work performed at assigned project for quality and thoroughness.
Troubleshoots system or operational problems that potentially may arise on a daily basis. Responsible for immediate reporting and follow up of any issues to the appropriate person i.e. spills, incidents, mechanical/hydraulic, personnel, and/or customer dissatisfaction.
Assists sales by providing customer-support and delivering field tickets to customers.
Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of systems, equipment, rental assets, and applications on each customer-specific site.
Demonstrates basic knowledge of hydraulics and filtration systems.
Inspects, verifies, and ensures that all inventories on-site are accurate and accounted for.
Understands company’s safety and environmental policy’s and procedures and possesses the ability to identify violation of these and act accordingly.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
