I've worked closely within my respective positions to build effective non interference planned work. My experience in a few different divisions from project planning in hydromet in safford to building improved routine maintenance plans as a long term fill in supervisor in Metcalf mill. From my start in maintenance in Shovel and Drill learning and understanding mechanical systems and how to manage a capital builds with mentors with experience. What I learned most of all is most of the work should be done before a wrench is even turned. I would enjoy expanding and gaining knowledge and skills from a planner position.
