  • As a new ICQA member I was able to quickly learn how to properly problem solve as well as complete counts
  • I was soon a top counter for ICQA with a rate of 15 BPH (Bins per hour), as rate was 12
  • When the site opened up the UIS (Universal Item Sorter) department it was in need of a problem solver, I volunteered to learn the new standard work for problem solve
  • When I was staffed to work in UIS I was consistently clearing out all the work at EOS (End of Shift) leaving 0 piles for the next shift.

ICQA Process Guide

03.2024 - Current
  • I was promoted to PG (process guide) of ICQA and with only 1 week into training I was running ICQA with an absence of a PA (process assistant).
  • Effectively utilizing all resources of ICQA I was able to consistently hit goals set by management as well as setting standard work for all associates.
  • Piles (units left in departments) have been fluctuating due to various projects conducted by operations.
  • With the help of ICQA we were able to help clear out multiple departments dropping the overall piles from over 40,000 units to 5,000 units, which is an 88% decrease of piles over the past month.
