We do remodeling, home repairs, and additions at Robert Dueitt Construction.

- I run a crew doing remodels, repairs, and additions.

- I'm responsible for running the job site which entails reading blueprints, Job scope sheets, a lot of interaction with the customers, ordering materials, submitting purchase orders, production planning, doing the work, scheduling sub-contractors when needed, and submitting daily job logs.

• I was a shipfitter in a repair yard.
• When tug boats or crew boats needed repairs we would lift them out of the water on a dry dock then we would do whatever was needed to get it back operational. We changed propellers and shafts, we cut out bad sections of the steel hull or bulkheads with a cutting torch and fit it with new steel and welded it out. Basically anything that was needed structurally.

• Worked in the shop building steel bulkheads and units in a ship assembly.
• Ran overhead crane
• Ran forklift
• Read blueprints and did layouts
• Burner/fitter
