Jongwook (Joey) Baek

Resume I am a freshman in the College of Engineering at Virginia Tech pursuing an undergraduate degree. I am currently majoring in General Engineering but am expected to major in Aerospace Engineering by next year. I am interested in the Aerospace and Defense Industry and am excited to start learning of opportunities that could be available in the future. Having been exposed to many different experiences through my community and church, I've been able to travel to many different places and been put through leadership roles and teams. This has trained me to quickly adapt to changes and be able to communicate with other people and organize with them. I enjoy learning and will pursue my curiosity. I am detail oriented but also can understand the broader perspective and keep my tasks in check to ensure I am getting everything done. I believe the experiences I've had have prepared me to work effectively in a team environment and be able to communicate and organize our time and assignments. I look forward to the opportunities ahead and learning new skills and strengthening my current ones.
