  • Worked with Ownership groups managing CapEx projects and major renovations, ranging from guest room refreshes, restaurant remodels, Elevator Modernizations, to Hurricane damaged full rebuilds. Worked closely with Design and Sourcing teams to coordinate installs and manage construction crews. Sourced, vetted and selected vendors to perform work. Properties spread from Texas to Georgia and throughout Florida.
