Project: IBS Closing Automation through the Help Systems Robot Schedule. 

Year: 2013

Role: Designer, Tester and Administrator 

Description: Analyze, plan, and follow up on solutions to major problems related to the banking institution's systems during annual closing to guarantee all users and clients the availability of services in the shortest possible time, under ITIL best practices.

This project lasted 4 months in development, 1 month of testing in the quality environment and a week to complete the implementation in the production environment improving response times by 94% during the annual closing
