- Designed and integrated Fuel Cell Test stand meeting ASME B31.12 requirements and NEC explosion proof classifications which involved selecting inline H2 sensors, pressure transducers, RTD's, RH sensors, back pressure valves, mass flow meters, proportional valves and centrifugal pumps to supply fuel cell with humidified air, hydrogen and coolant. All in 225 sqft footprint
- Designed and integrated skid composed of mixing chambers, eductors and fast response control valves that injected steam to humidify air and hydrogen between ranges of 30-95% RH at flows ranging from 800-8000 NLPM
- Designed and implemented condensate collection system using steam traps to ensure dry steam supplied to mixing skid
- Generated Piping Data Report as per TSSA and TSBC requirements to get above skid and process piping registered prior to shipping to customer
- Designed and integrated Tissue Testing Bench for ATS Life Science Department

- Designed fully automated cam shaft assembly cell using hydroforming technology for assembling cam lobes to shaft for TIER-1 automotive supplier
