1. Create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter the PILLARS
2. Provide new members and visitors with scripted tour of facility
3. Ensure that all visitors are signed in via electronic system or in the manual log
4. Collect and process timesheets for payroll
5. Support and participate in weekly staff meetings
6. Enter Accounts Payable into Monday.com (electronic system) for accountants
7. Support enrollment of Medical Appointments, Vocational Trainings, Parenting
Classes
8. Pull data from "The Receptionist" for monthly reports
9. Order Supplies for office and volunteers
10.Count and report number of Naloxone kits for NYCDOHMH report
11. Be competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 12.Coordinate with Community Partners and Stakeholders for events and initiatives
13.Deliver written messages with all pertinent information (name, date, time, call-back information)
14.Liaise with Volunteers to ensure service delivery for Members 15.Maintain facility with light housekeeping (trash, lights, locks) 16.Assist members with digital tasks (logging into emails and sending
