Dedicated and experienced over 4 years in costumer services. In about all my jobs I been working closely with costumers bringing top notch skills in oral and written communications and active listening for attending costumers need and helping them with their concerns. Working for large companies has allowed me to work directly with very important and famous people, which has helped me to better develop my ability to deal with people, in a respectful and sympathetic way.

I have developed an innate ability to work in a team and have a good work environment. Working in outside places have helped me to have a high performing work adjusting to an adequate time with no delays and acting fast in case of plans changes. In my most recent work I have also learned to develop my creativity to innovative and create the set ups every day with something different, something new. Both professionally and personally I have learned to function alone, act like a leader and take responsibility of my job and my team just like a boss.

Creativity has no limit and I really like to take my imagination beyond what I can see. I love to draw and paint in my free time. I don't have any specialty regarding drawing, but I like to draw and paint landscapes, things and characters out of the ordinary. Although I do not do it as a hobby or do not apply it within my usual drawings, I have a great ability for technical and analytical drawing, which I like a lot also for the exactitude and planning that entails.
