Creating engaging challenges with team members that allow them to get creative with their job while also meeting company standards. Following the company's month to month Calendar for holidays and incentives for staff.

Provided regular updates to management on food quality and ensuring time needs are being met. Work out any issues that can arise and ensure customer satisfaction are being met. Work with front and back of house staff to ensure that food quality is being met and plating is to company standards.
