I have a lot of experience in leadership since I have remained within that field all these years.

One of my greatest strengths is the restaurant area since I owned one for a few years when I lived in Ecuador, where I was in each area I could from preparing a dish to attend the cashier or being a waitress, I had to know every part of my business.

With this experience now I consider that I am qualified to work in places like this, I have no problem learning to do new things because I am a proactive person, I really like to learn and I also like to collaborate in everything that is done. Now I am ready to look for new experiences working as a team and working for companies and places that are like me passionate about things. I am ready for any feedback, observation or advice that can be given to me in my workplace. It is one of the things I like the most because this way I consider that it can always be improved and if you are a leader you can help others improve.

As a leader, I always want to maintain an optimal work environment and that I can guide everyone every day so that our work is reflected in the attention to our customers
