  • Pivotal in reducing business impact negative trends (manual late deliveries) with the customers. Encompasses USAF, US NAVY & foreign military sales (FMS) technical manuals for the AIM-9X program.
  • Worked with RTX Country Managers, PMA-259, USAF & US NAVY Equipment specialists on Technical manual deliveries & multiple projects.
  • Traveled to Australia, Canada and Denmark to train International Air Forces on the Sectionalization/Maintenance of the missile in accordance with the technical manuals and all required consumables, kits, special tools and chemicals.
  • The RTX 9X Logistics Container POC, coordinated ALL logistical effort worldwide (travel, consumables, location/availability) for installing drainage holes that were missed during manufacturing.
  • Devised a revolving travel schedule with all affected stakeholders, pre-coordinated with Air Combat Command (ACC/USAF), USAF Equipment specialist to get required modification done.
  • Forward-thinking mindset in leading technical reviews to identify content, format issues and provide recommendations to improve process flows towards schedules and meeting customer deadlines.
  • Released/published all FMS technical manuals, by the end of CY 2024, Missile Sustainment Guides (MSG), US NAVY manuals.
  • Worked on Validations/Verifications for Software, Container modifications, Test Equipment (CMBRE) and other missile items to ensure parameters met the requirement/specifications documents.
  • Key player in the release of numerous Special Process Instructions (SPI) since 2018, allowed for immediate corrective actions to the field/fleet in lieu of technical manual generation as a permanent solution.
  • Instrumental in CNU-609/E, CNU-609A/E containers, cost savings project, resulted in an estimate of ~ 35 units times $3,500 = $122,500, which if not implemented would have created substantial down time in storage, awaiting repair funding, thus unavailable to customers for valuable use.
  • In total, 76 inspected, defects located, RTX able to repair all but 1, totaling 75, returned to service, avoided segregation for disposition, for a total cost savings of over 250K.
  • Worked directly on Telemetry (TM) unit conversions, Special Training missiles at Eglin AFB, Florida. Wrote missile flag instructions for a software escape, reduced possibility of repeat occurrences during future test flights.

  • Training basis of various countries creating a depot, maintenance facility in country, thus not ship assets as a result.
