  • Completed project for review of around 500 positions in the Enterprise Human Capital Management (EHCM) to determine that job codes were created/designations made as to competitive or non-competitive for positions classified.
  • Accessed SharePoint site that provided central storage and collaboration space for documents, information, and ideas.
  • Assisted with the review of PD's associated with expedited Delegated Examining cases, and provide real-time updates to leadership on progress until all actions are completed.
  • Provided analysis of what corrections need to be made and provide evaluation statements to the Senior Classification Specialist who makes corrections in E-Class.
  • Provided input on the discussion of the Title of 'Regulatory Counsel' only being used for incumbents or new hires who possess law degrees all others are titled 'Regulatory Policy Analyst.' It was determined that Regulatory Counsel/Regulatory Policy Analyst positions may only be established for organizations of the center or OC offices that have responsibility for developing and publishing regulations.
  • Participated in discussions with hiring managers on Risk designation/sensitivity. In one case, provided step by step walkthrough of OPM's guide on Sensitivity and received a thank you from the hiring manager for resolving issues entailed. There was one classification case submitted by an office that I analyzed that was returned to the program for lack of an adequate description of requisite Knowledge specifications.
  • With access to E-Class, classified and completed all actions, assigned by the Senior Classifier, in a timely manner for administrative, professional, leader and supervisory positions. Occasionally reached out to Hiring Managers regarding rewriting Factor Evaluation System (FES) factors and General Schedule Supervisory Guide (GSSG) factors.
  • Had access and credentials to the Enterprise Human Capital Management (EHCM) to look up supervisors, action approvals, and create job codes for positions classified as well as those classified by co-workers.
  • Worked on AEIO team that conducted a FDA-wide Hiring Pilot program with the goal of modernizing FDA's human resource operations.
