• As the Assistant Program Manager to the Asset Management Business Unit, personally coordinated, planned, resourced and led 36 employees spanning three counties for planned, unplanned and emergency infrastructure maintenance work for the Texas Department of Transportation.
•Primary manager for a fleet of various maintenance and construction vehicles, ultimately responsible for their scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, safety compliance and allocation to projects.
•Implemented a much-needed and simple but time and resource efficiency model to ensure the right employee skillset was matched to the right project or task. This immediately cut company fuel and mileage consumption by 30%, maximized workforce utilization and empowered subordinate team leads to match the right worker and assets to the right projects.

•Planned, coordinated and executed the first of its kind movement of two UH-60 Medevac helicopters via Ukrainian air transport to deploy from Germany to Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. This operation consisted of direct and personal coordination through senior US military and NATO channels as well as the US Department of State and Georgian Ministry of Defense. Once deployed, planned, and flew multiple accident-free training Medevac missions in Tbilisi and Vaziani, Georgia.

• Enlisted Flight Instructor and Standardization Instructor for a 15 Helicopter 68 aircrew member US Army MEDEVAC unit.
• Senior oversight to the nonrated crew member flight evaluation and standards program.
