My duties involved safeguarding the FRB's personnel, property, and assets by conducting routine patrols, working at a security post, and conducting searches of vendors using X-ray machines and magnetometers.

I am tasked with instructing In-service classes, training for my fellow officers on various topics from De-escalation , report writing, unarmed self defense, and how to properly use various law enforcement tools to gain or maintain Lawful control of a suspected criminal.

My responsibilities included Conducting searches of venders, guest , and delivery vehicles, conducting interior and exteriors building searches, searching any unattended items found on or near Federal Reserve property, assisting in mutual aid EDD sweeps with our outside training partners and for a time the North Carolina explosive K9 Task force.
