  • Led NYC H&H Metropolitan Flood Wall Project covering 360,000 square feet and valued at $98 million.
  • Coordinated $15 million Capital Improvement program, renovating 50,000 sq ft including Infusion center, call center, and McDonald House Wing.
  • Directed 31 million dollars for Emergency Power and Fire Alarm upgrades within the capital improvement program.
  • NYC H+H Woodhull Bond Projects: 3rd floor replacement, $1.4 million, 10,000 square feet; 5th floor, $5.7 million, 48,000 square feet. Recently, I was asked to put together an improvement plan that consisted of $15 million for life safety upgrades, an exterior plaza upgrade, and a garage slab upgrade.
  • NYC H+H Bellevue Child CPEP and Roche Lab: $4.5 million, 4,500 square feet - Managed and negotiated financial closeout for already completed projects.

I was the lead project manager for 4 years, involved with preconstruction to full project closeout.

  • New York Presbyterian Adult ED 3-6, 45,000 square feet, $38 million. Full renovation of the Adult ED at NYPH, MER Penthouse, and the construction of the new hospital entrance, and building façade. I was the site superintendent who oversaw the renovation of the emergency room, covered the night work with the façade renovation, and coordinated all work that needed to be done after hours due to the hospital's request.

  • Weill Cornell Medical Center, 455,000 square feet, $650 million - Field Engineer reviewed contractors’ submittals and shop drawings for contract conformance, produced reports for bi-weekly job progress meetings, reviewed and processed monthly consultant and contractor payment requisitions, and reviewed and processed change order requests. While still having the same responsibilities, I was responsible for the completion of the curtain wall (which included a south-facing, double-skinned, fritted gas curtain wall) and also had to coordinate the delivery patterns due to the tough logistics. Constructed of different fit-outs of an occupied building that consisted of a laboratory extension, in-house engineers' workspace, and mechanical room renovations. These different projects involved coordination with the owner, in-house building engineers, the subcontractors, and the architect.
