As RPAO I was responsible for the daily operations of of the DOD Real Property Office at Fort Drum NY consisting of 110,000 acres of land and 18,000 line items to include all facilities, and infrastructure. I led a team of 18 employees to track, process , inventory, and correct any discrepancies.

• Assisted in identifying hazardous materials and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Participated in training sessions on hazardous material handling and emergency response procedures.
• Supported the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety standards during operations.
• Conducted inspections of equipment and tools for proper functionality and safety adherence.
• Collaborated with team members to establish efficient waste disposal methods for hazardous materials.
