Working at Target, I have learned about 4 roles in that store. I started as a cashier so having to count properly and being friendly with people are a must. Then I was moved to drive-up (curbside pickup) which where I am considered one of their best employees in that area. Though it may not seem like it is hard, it is also not very simple due to other tasks that need to be done. Then being close to the service desk I was helping out over there which includes me having to be good at finding solutions and communicating with people. Then whenever help is needed like pushing in carts, taking out the trash, cleaning restrooms, and other tasks, I am the person that the managers go to. Being that I work in a high volume store, I always need to be fast and ready. So, I would say that I am:
