JOHN BELDEN

I held several roles at American National Insurance from data entry to a position as a cashier from 2000 to 2010. In 2011, I started working in the life claims department, primarily processing policies for the Unclaimed Property unit and investigating claims on policies for which no one had come forward to receive benefits. I conducted research using various tools to locate family members and held a full-time role that presented professional challenges while leveraging my interpersonal skills, effective time management, and problem-solving expertise. At times, I communicated with family members to resolve claims and pay beneficiaries.
