Worked on a wide variety of prep, buffets, and catering. Also did food orders and stowed the incoming supplies. Made all salad dressings, soups, sauces, and stocks.
Store incoming produce, and keep produce stocked in store.
Prepare salads, etc., work on food assembly, deliver and pick up food trays, wash dishes.
