Also, responsible for all operational activities within the Enterprise fiber organization with the FTVI team for the MW South management area.
  • Provides direction and leadership, overseeing operations of installations, service, and maintenance with Vendor Companies to ensure compliance with Spectrum specifications and requirements. Manage fulfillment resources and contract labor relationships, coordinate with internal teams, and provide reports to Field Operations Management on activity and results.

  • Responsible for all operational activities within the commercial fiber organization by providing the technical and operational support for fiber optic and cell tower backhaul products for the Southern Ohio, Kentucky and Wisconsin markets
  • Manage Three Supervisors and Thirty-two technicians who complete approximately 9,000 jobs per year across the SWO, WIS and KY footprint.
  • Closely work with the TNO NOC in Texas for the monitoring and the Hub/CI NOC in Syracuse to help facilitate any commercial fiber outages.
  • Maintaining a 5.7 hours MTTR (Mean Time To Repair) for fiber outages for the SWO, KY and WIS markets compared to the Enterprise average of 8.7 hours.
  • Helped lead the enterprise commercial engineering migration and convergence of commercial networks (CEN/CAREN) edge routing network and metro optical transport networks in the South MDW area.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Project Management, Construction, Commercial Engineering and Hub groups to meet installation and service timeframes
