  • I would find new clients all over the nation and would find my own accounts and would be the account manager working with the hiring mangers of the companies and recruiting the needs that they needed and manage my accounts and make sure they were taken care of them.

  • I would listen to the calls and sit with each Regional Recruiter and work with them and help train them on using WorkForce along with showing them what they need to do once their nurses went into onboarding process.
  • I trained 12 Regional Recruiters along with 10 Associate Recruiters and they all succeeded their goals went from 1-2 hires to month to hitting over 12 hires a month hitting their goals every month. I was very proud building this amazing team.
