To reduce recidivism among those we touch. To provide a safe,secure and humane environment for Adult Male offenders that I am charged with Supervising. From 2007 to 2022 I supervised Offenders that work in the Infirmary, and that come to the Infirmary for insulin and pill call to ensure they are taking there medications. And returning the insulin needles. I maintain an electronic logbook for my area. I conduct quality rounds in the area that I'm assigned to. To assure all Offenders are safe. I conduct Offender counts in my area. I enforce the rules and regulations of the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections. I also monitor movement from the Infirmary Mental Health, and Chapel areas. I conduct radom shakedown of areas. And pat search Offenders and strip search Offenders in order to help control the amount of illegal contraband inside the institution. I am also Certified in C.I.T. ( Crisis Intervention Team). I account for chemicals, and keep records of chemicals being used and also inventory Hazardous Chemicals. I use various internal computer programs to see Offenders sentences and charges of Offenders to screen them to work in the Infirmary due to it being a sensitive work area. I complete evaluations on Offenders that work in my area. I am trained in Rules Infraction Board to hear conduct reports on Offenders who have broken rules in prison. I held the title of TWL Sergeant for 3 weeks in the count officeWhere i dealt with institutional counts,with records to release Offenders. I kept recirds for Offenders in the Janitorial ApprenticeshipProgram. Kept records of hours Offenders worked everyday and submitted them to the school principal every month. I completed weekly fire safety and sanitation check list. 12 months reviewing and screening Adult Offenders records to see if they meet criteria to work in a sensitive work area. Because they can't have certain crimes or sentences. 3 weeks in the Institution count office checking and organizing records to make sure Offenders are released on time and make sure Offenders are in the right beds and units.i inspect work areas to make sure Offenders completed job duties. I have assisted the Investigators Office with Senseitive Information. Honor Guard menber. Several years as a member of the STG ( Security Threat Group) profiling Offenders that are gang members. I have assisted the EAC ( Employee Activity Committee) when they needed someone on my shift to pass out things. I have 19 years of housing unit experience. And 2 years as perimeter patrol. Maintaining security outside the fence and dealing with the public.

Fixing Various equipment ( i.e. games, lights painting carpet cleaning) Helping fallen skaters and interacting with parents. And supervised other employees with various job duties
