I fill out jsa before I start to work I wear my FR and also my h2s monitor to stay safe from the work environment I wear gloves hard hat and boots
I get measurements for how long the conduit needs to be I cut with a band saw or a saw Zall and I use unistrut for support mounting a lighting panel a plc or disconnects or transformers on a panel rack I ground the devices to the service rack into the main ground which is located under the service rack I use drills i level the supports that I mount i know how to install cable Trey I know how to terminate I make nippels for the gutter boxes and with different size myerhubs I dig I bend conduit with a Chicago bender or a side winder for 2inch conduit I tape conduit if it’s going underground
I anchor unistrut into the concrete with a drill for supports I Teflon stainless steel nipples and ts with a bleeder to set a Pit I also ran steel pipe for air to tanks i troubleshoot I ohm out wires I know how to use a crane truck I pull wire i also install grounding rod’s with a jack hammer I know how to use a tape measure I know how to get the distances that are needed I also know how to install flex with reducers that are needed I ran heat trace as well I work in Denver city Texas in the oilfield.
I wrapped furniture in plastic to make sure the furniture did not get damaged while being transported to a different destination I used dolly’s to move some furniture I used a four wheel dolly for dressers buffets and small Bolky things to move I went out of town to move as well.
I would pack chips in boxes

I would check the bags before I put them in boxes
I would do a control point on the bags every hour
I would go to variety pack and make the tags for pallets run the shrink wrap machine
Prep the boxes that where needed
Pour chips in the bins to keep the line moving
Put stickers on all the boxes before letting the warehouse guys take them
Also check the dates and inspect the bags
I ran kettles I made chips
I did draining digs
I filtered oil I ran reduce fat I ran ruffles
I gauged heads to a certain thickness to made sure my product looked good
I would frequently clean my dunkers
I turned off conveyors if some raw product came out I called maintenance if my kettles gave me problems I cleaned out centerfuges on the b side when I ran reduce fat and drained the extra oil into barrels from the centerfuges
I did slice thickness tests every hour changed heads 4 times for my kettles so my product was not sticking to the bottom of the kettle I checked my oil before I started my shifts .
