  • I greet customers at the door, check their ID and give a thorough pat down. I also pat down upon re entry. Tell customers to have a good night on the way out. If I'm outside I open the door for the customers entering.
  • Manage private VIP dances by keeping the time and keeping a ledger of anyone giving a VIP dance for how many minutes and what their name was and then I give this money to the manager at the designated time.
  • Keep the bar stocked full of beers. I need to check the bar when I notice there are a lot of customers drinking beer because I need to make sure the beers behind the bar do not run out.
  • De escalate customer issues by always starting out with a friendly warning and an explanation of what is tolerated and what is not acceptable.
