Created sales orders in ERP, accepted sales orders through ERP and in G-Invoicing/FRIORI and establishing funding for use by projects. Canceled incorrect sales orders in ERP in order to return funding so that those funds can be placed on correct sales orders. Assigned WBS (Work Breakdown Structures) Elements in ERP for upcoming funding documents.
  • Provided a full range of professional and technical support, and consultations. Processed over 3,000 funding documents for over $1.5 billion dollars for PSNS and other agencies. Closed out nearly 1,200 prior year funding documents, recouping over $11 million dollars in unexpended funds.
