I am a carpenter by trade and worked my way up through ranks to become Foreman, General Foreman, then concrete Superintendent. I spent 40 years working in the construction industry in New York City and vicinity before retiring in 2013. l feel with my many years in the construction industry I have a good understanding of what it takes to maintain a building of this size. I served on Knollwood hollow community board for 6 years so I do have board experience. My Wife Terri and I spend 7-8 months a year in our condo and I can be the eyes and ears of the board. I bring a diversity to the board that I feel would be very helpful.
