Assimilations/Connections Ministry Leader: Utilized entry points in Hayden Campus to find and create opportunities for people to begin and grow in their discipleship journey. Managed and discipled: teardown and setups teams, baptism team, parking teams, security team, connections teams, facilitated meet & greet, membership, and 301 environments, assisted Groups Pastor and collaborated with other staff across all campuses and supported RLM initiatives.

• Short and long-term substitute teacher
• Recently completed three-month substituting assignment 7th grade Earth and Life Sciences.

• Performed numerous staff functions which included wide variety of administrative duties, including training manager, analytics, budget, facility projects, background investigator, PD human recourse liaison and volunteer coordinator.

• Pastoral Care and Sports Ministry Director: cared for suffering and grieving persons, held baptism classes, officiated weddings, funerals, baptisms, built and discipled ministry teams, lead small group leader training, taught Bible classes, and lead new believer teams, lead a large sports ministry and coaches.

• Watch Commander (Lieutenant) - Actively managed and trained shift supervisors, developed budgets, evaluated sworn and non-sworn employees, conducted administrative investigations, trained personnel, communicated on camera, radio and in writing with press and maintained department professional standards.
• Managed all daily police operations and acted as head department official while on duty.
• Successfully held ranks of Officer, Agent, and Sergeant prior to Lieutenant. These years of service covered many years of police administration, traffic bureau, as well as department training, team building, operations and facility management.
