· Develop and maintain the electronic schedule and ensure proper process and paperwork flow
· Create, maintain, and review work orders needed for each night’s work in scheduling system
· Assist Sales and Customer Service on clear field communication to meet customer expectations
· Manage day to day operations of California field technicians
· Train and manage field technicians on technical and personal growth
· Formulate and track productivity, costs and progress
· Produce and update schedules for field personal
· Review, enter and approve daily/weekly time entries to support payroll for hourly technicians' time sheets in company system
· Maintain and organize control of all fuel cards, keys and uniforms
· Maintain and organize product inventory needed to support services
· Coordinate and perform Safety and Service meetings
· Manage, review, and supervise field work for improvement and success
· Communicate with customers as needed to support General Manager, Sales and Customer Service
· Maintain and organize training records for all technicians to progress within the California locations(s)
· Work with the General Manager to build and manage operations, retaining existing accounts, while managing the overall health and financial success of the California location(s)
· Use of Microsoft Office applications, Internet research, and online scheduling and payroll software
