- Assisted general manager daily with open/close duties including handling sensitive customer information, processing payments, open/close register, and checking in teammates at beginning/end day.
- In charge of inventory 3 times a week, which includes scanning the front and back of the store. After the scan formulates the report I ensure it lines up with the store's physical inventory.
- Directed coworkers on daily goals, such as sales expectations, delivery expectations and what clients had to be reached out to resolve payment issues as well as scheduling item pickups. Worked with the delivery team to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction was met.
