Hired crews for various positions, Acting safety person on the jobs, maintaining training for employees and crews.

Oversaw multiple property clean-ups, and rebuilding projects related to hurricane Micheal on the Florida panhandle. Managed a crew of 144, 6-PM's, and multiple electricians, plumbers, and office staff on site.

As a T&M job, under Emergency Services, kept up with inventory on tools, materials, machinery. Filed Daily reports complete with pictures, and a summary. Worked directly with HOA presidents, and board members, and state and city officials. Directed a crew of 64 drywall hangers, finishers and painters to complete rebuilding 6 schools following hurricane Laura. Exceeded deadline expectations, and brought the project under budget. Maintained a safe and clean working environment.
