After working at Carhartt and Market Wagon for years, I was able to realize and remember my skills between people a team and myself and the ability I’ve always tried to cultivate and grow my team through my own experience and explanation of how my development as a working hard, my whole life to be and stay a world class team player and that makes my pride stand up a little higher, but only if I’m able to possibly spit out an idea or something, I tried and had success with two people around me in order hopefully see them have a positive factor change on themselves from it… one of my key sayings and all the studios I’ve ever run and owned was I don’t care if you wanna sit there and watch my tricks. Please take them out of my bag cause I’m sure you’re gonna take somebody out of your bag of tricks so don’t be mad lol cause it’s a team effort even when it’s competition between individuals
