I have a drive that has enabled me to become one of the top workers in all positions I have assumed. I started working at my mother's business at a young age learning the ropes of business and sales. Outside of the jobs I have worked for under payroll, I also occasionally buy and sell pre emissions diesel trucks and I have done so all across the United States.
While in college I chose to do landscaping at a local nursery over the course of two summers. The first summer I met great people, learned the trade and by my second summer there I was the highest paid worker in a crew of 6 people. I learned to operate all machinery there from average landscaping equipment such as weed wackers and leaf blowers to the large diesel tractors and skid steer. I took great pride in my work here and worked at beautiful homes in Bucks County, Pa.
I started as a busser, however that did not last long as the owner pulled me aside from the other bussers to train me to be the sole host of the Los Sarapes Chalfont location, frequently mentioning how I do the work of two hosts at their Blue Bell location. This got to the point where I was taken on one of my days off to go to the other two locations and train the other hosts. In my time there a few things I was able to do was enhance customer satisfaction in general aspects of my job such as seating and increase the number of takeout orders per night and the efficiency at which they were completed.
As a kid my father bought a brand new 2007 Ram 3500 with a 5.9L Cummins diesel. I remember my childhood in that truck and every since then I was hooked. I have owned 13 vehicles in total now with 11 of them being diesel trucks. I have bought trucks from Colorado, Oregon, Arizona, and Missouri and sold trucks to Pa, Connecticut, Arizona, and New Jersey. I did end up getting a 1970s Airstream camper and also was able to sell that to Luxembourg where it was turned into an Airbnb.
