• At Samaritan Inn I was responsible to oversee and manage 4 employees.
• Implement and enforce any policies and procedures that weren't being abided by.

• I was to maintain and balance a $200,000.00 budget yearly. I coordinated payroll,
• Coordinated volunteer events, and Holiday function parties.
• I was responsible to perform community outreach to raise money for different functions, and take children out on a monthly trip (Crayola Experience, Zoo, Skate World, Movies, etc.)

Achievements:

• Raised $20,000.00 in 1 month to build a new playground at Samaritan Inn

• Communicated with Lowe's to have entire property renovated and cleaned. Also coordinated the donation of 4 free Washers and Dryers.

• Adjusted the program to run in a more smooth and safe manner. Applied different principles and personal experiences to make the changes needed to best serve our clients!

I feel I left Samaritan Inn in a better place than when I arrived. That was my GOAL!

• Communicated with parents to encourage active parental participation in education.
• Built productive relationships with parents of students facing difficult situations at school or at home.
• Performed classroom evaluations to assess teacher strategies and effectiveness.
• Trained teachers on effective teaching techniques, classroom management strategies and behavior modification.
• Attended sporting events for students when available.
• Had lunch with students at least 2-3 times per week.
