• Implemented cost control measures such as waste reduction initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the production department, environmental confirmation/education, compliance internal and external, implementation of immediate countermeasure activities for all safety concerns, and developed random safety audits with the team for proactive prevention activities.
• Responsibilities include overseeing assembly zones with 16 supervisors and 150 production associates.
