2 Year program that includes attending schooling through Vincennes University studying different aspects of the maintenance performed within Sia. After schooling, was assigned to a shift to continue with hands on training. Training involved electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and pneumatics, and learning Mitsubishishi Plc programming and troubleshooting.

• Performed simple carpentry tasks, including installing shelves, hooks and closet rods to meet customer needs. Build small offices and cubicle spaces when needed as well
• Maintained facility grounds by removing litter, mowing, trimming , and spraying overgrown weeds
• Fixed building systems and structural components when needed. Duties include carpenty work, welding, and minor electrical work
• Repaired leaking faucets, clogged toilets and other equipment to keep bathrooms operational and clean
• Removed snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas by applying driving a snow plow and applying a beet juice mixture
• Observed all safety rules and used proper ppe (personal protection equipment) when performing duties
• Changed HVAC filters and cleaned condensation drains to perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
• Inspected electrical components to identify defects and hazards and made repairs when needed
• Performed painting on facility when needed. Kept parking lot painted using paint sprayer
