I have over 20+ years of diverse and challenging experience in the RV Service arena providing excellent customer service skills, combined with exceptional leadership skills honed during my time in the Marine Corps. A disciplined approach to the task at hand, coupled with my knowledge, skills, and experience in all things RV Service related have contributed to a strong record of excellence and acknowledgement for "getting the job done".
Serve primarily as a liaison for administrative needs between the technicians, warranty writers, and customers. Provide parts information, and compile that information into the appropriate estimates for either Extended or Retail as needed. Have during this time frame and prior served as (in an unofficial capacity) Shop Foreman, Dispatcher (2x), and filled in for the Shop Manager at times during their absence. I am extremely familiar with ALL shop policies, procedures, computer systems, dispatching of work, assigning the correct technician to the ROs lines, as well as all of the complex computer systems, phones, and just the overall Dealership day to day functions. This I believe will alleviate and lead to very little if any time for "getting up to speed" allowing for a smooth transition.
Responsible for the daily administrative functions of the company by providing the following:
Responsible for the shipping and receiving of all materials
Coordinated and provided travel itinerary for Instructors and material sent to and from the hotels
Responsible for updating company website providing the following
