Supported bench and vehicle testing of a new transfer case both Part time and Active variants for release for the 2024 Jeep Wrangler model year. Completed validation and all product reviews by agreed delivery dates

• Developed formal test plans for personal use and use by colleagues.
• Led failure investigations, on-site inspections and root-cause analyses.
• Mentored junior engineering staff, offering instruction on testing parameters and accepted engineering principals.

Tracked all Jeep platform vehicles that were on test at various proving grounds and fleet test services. This included weekly visits to testing facilities to drive and inspect test vehicles. After vehicle testing was completed performed a series of evaluations to determine wear and potential distress to any part within unit. Final step was to provide reports with pictures and review of subject parts with customers both internal and external. This work was completed within 4 months of receipt of test part.

• Trained and coached existing and new employees on various facet's of test group vehicle return process. This training of

• Inspected items and compared against standards to meet customer requirements.
• Conducted data review and followed standard practices to find solutions.
• This included oil analysis, clutch behavior and a tracking log of all vehicle on test.

Worked on fine tuning the software controls for the Jeep Grand Cherokee. This included trips to the various testing and development facilities that FCA used to develop their vehicles.

• Successfully communicated with entities inside and outside of business. This was done with a biweekly meeting with director of powertrain at FCA
• Solved conflicts and addressed issues that occurred between other entities and business.
• Monitored, communicated and coordinated objectives of FCA product engineering with Troy engineering group at our weekly group meetings.
• Collected and analyzed data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve relationship between other entities and business.
• Participated in warranty reviews with customer at their warranty center.
• Supported plant activities as required.
